Introduction of CNC High-speed Vertical Lathe:

CNC High Speed Vertical Turing Lathes are featured with high speed and high efficiency and they are used to machine various parts with high precision requirements.The table guideways are large ball bearings to satisfy the requirements on high speed cutting. In the transmission,it is equipped with two mechanical shifts.The main motor is AC Variable Frequency Drive or DC motor.The operational codes are standard international ones and only basic training is required  for the operation before the operator runs the machine independently.  

CNC system is optional with Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor.  

The four-position electrical tool post or standard turning tool clamper are available according to the type of ram.

Precautions during use of CNC High-speed Vertical Lathe:

1. Before driving, pay attention to check the position of the handle and whether the claws are clamped to the workpiece.

2. Check the cleanliness of the CNC High-speed Vertical Lathe guide rail lubrication.

3. Check whether the signal light and the interlocking device are sensitive and reliable.

4. Check whether the moving parts enter the limit position and whether the screws are loosened before moving.

5. When the CNC High-speed Vertical Lathe table is not stopped, no mechanical speed change is allowed, but the stepless speed regulation part of the feed movement and the main movement can be adjusted at any time as needed.

6. When lifting the workpiece, 80 oil pump motors should be stopped first, so as to avoid the sudden increase of oil pressure when the lifting workpiece is unstable and damage the pressure gauge of the feedback valve.

7. Do not stop before the tool is withdrawn.

8. When the machine tool is packaged and stored for a long time, the exposed machined surface should be coated with anti-rust agent. If the oil seal period is exceeded, the oil seal should be re-sealed.
