SIEMENS 828D CNC control (optional,FANUC and GSK). Except CNC auto running mode, youcan also use it in manual way like conventional machine.
With big torque variable AC main motor plus gearbox in two steps, with taping function andcSCs(constant surface cutting speed)function
High grade and good quality castings make by own foundry, following by proper heattreatment,giving long lifetime and stable accuracy.
Cross rail is embedded with alloy steel guidway (W.Cr, Mn), equipping with protect cover too·Hydrostatic working table, constant volume motorized pump, separated hydraulic station, oilcooler, all these advanced techniques assure customer a high and long stable machiningaccuracy.
