Machine 3-Axis Machining Turning Center Vertical CNC Lathe Machine Milling Center
1) Key parts such as the machine bed, column, spindle box, worktable, and slide table are all made of high-strength HT300 cast iron. It adopts the overall bed structure, large-span herringbone columns, and rational layout  through finite element analysis to achieve high rigidity of the whole machine.
2) The three-axis guide way adopt  P-level  precision and high-rigidity roller guide , and the X/Y/Z axes  are 45/45/45 guide ways. The Z-axis with  3 slide blocks, and the X-axis with 45 guide rails. During heavy-load  cutting, the elastic deformation of the machine tool is less.
3. Adopt C3 grade precision ball screws and perform pre-stretching to increase the rigidity of the transmission system.
4. The bearing seat and motor seat adopt an integrated structure to improve the rigidity of the parts and reduce the amount of deformation.
5. The guide way slider surface, column joint surface, motor seat, and bearing seat are all scraped and ground. Compared with the traditional adjustment pad structure, the contact rigidity of the whole machine is higher.
6. The weight of the whole machine is 5.5 tons,made of high quality materials, and the overall rigidity of the machine is higher.
